Gluten-Free Flour Recipe
Here's my tried and true to-go gluten free flour recipe.
3 cups rice flour (brown or white)
1 cup potato starch
1/2 cup tapioca flour
2 teaspoon xanthan gum
Mix together. Use one cup of this gluten-free flour in place of regular wheat flour in any cookie, bar, cake, muffins or quick bread recipe. You'll need to add 1/2 teaspoon per cup of flour if making bread or pizza crust.
